About the Course
In this workshop we take part in a number of group tasks and self reflection using positive psychology tools.
Putting pen to paper in small groups and taking solo time to brainstorm this is a very hands on interactive workshop. We look at different techniques in the field of positive psychology from journaling, to positve reframing of language and behaviour. We look at managing your chimp as a way to maintain your positive energy levels. I also provide and introduction to stoicism, an invaluable theory that dates back to ancient greek times but which has had a huge reawakening and is hugely popular now.

To bring awareness to areas where negative energy may be heightened and support you with tools to bring the positive energy out and enhance it
